Schedule A Show With Us!

Before scrolling down and booking a show, here’s a little bit about how our shows work…

Show Format

The shows are roughly 60 minutes in length commercial free. Please no speeches as we like to ask lots of questions! Back and forth conversations are ideal. 🙂

Show Output

Our shows are audio only and pre-recorded. Make sure you have a good mic (Apple earbuds have a built in mic that work great) and a strong internet connection. Please avoid wireless if possible. WE ONLY USE SKYPE AS A BACKUP.

You will need to have Zoom installed on your device.

Booking The Show

If your schedule is very busy, no worries you can book a show 12 months in advance. You can also reschedule and/or cancel as well.

Procedure

We will send you a link via email roughly 10 to 15 minutes prior to the live show to test audio and video.

Listener Questions

We do take questions from the listeners for the last part of the show.

Show Times

All of our shows take place Friday at 10:45am Pacific time.

Show Duration

We keep our shows roughly to an hour.

Reminders

We will send 3 email confirmations before the show. The first one will be sent 3 days before, the second will be sent 24 hours before the show and the 3rd email reminder will be sent 30 minutes before the show.

Backup

Also I would appreciate it if you could send over a Skype id if you have one (as a backup). Our Skype id is extremehealthradio. Please add us when you can! 🙂

Here are some good tips for the show!

Use a high quality headset/mic
Close tabs, browsers or other programs that use computer memory
Have your computer in a room with carpeting and furniture to reduce echo
Avoid connecting to the internet wirelessly if possible
Speak loudly but not too close to the headset so your “P’s” don’t “pop”
Use the fastest computer with the most memory you have
Turn off any computer notifications that make background sounds
Close windows and be in the quietest room possible
