How I Plan To Shrink My Subserosal Fundal Fibroid Naturally!

Feel Good Project day 81

Never thought I’d say I was thankful for a tumor. However today- I am thankful for the ‘kind’ of fibroid tumor I have!!!

I really am.

Upon doing some research this week and further educating myself about the effects of castor oil packs and fibroid shrinkage, I was encouraged as well as discouraged all due to one video I stumbled across.

This particular youtube video (see below) is put out by an amazing woman doctor named Dr. Akilah El, who covers how to do castor oil packs, the do’s and dont’s as well as the KINDS of fibroids that would be treated and possibly dissolved using this treatment method.

She rambles off a list of particular fibroids that could not be touched by castor oil packs no matter what, as they are too deep within the cavity to have the oil even penetrate into the area to help. She said no matter what you did, these fibroids unfortunately cannot be helped by this method.

Funny how I first learned of this fibroid in my body over 8 years ago, and even through all the monitoring I have done of it’s growth etc, I have never know exactly what ‘type’ it was considered.

I started praying these past couple of days that mine would be on the ‘good’ list-and it IS!!!!

Thank God!

The coolest part is that I had already scheduled an ultrasound before even starting these castor oil treatments this past week, so the timing couldn’t have been any more perfect (once again-EASY world) as I would finally get the chance to know just what kind of situation I would be dealing with here.

I have what is called a subserosal fundal fibroid. Never thought I’d be excited to say that, but I sure am!

It measures 7.8 x 6.5 x 7.7 cm.

Basically the size of a lemon.

The ultrasound technician was AMAZING, which I didn’t see coming. Turns out she herself is SUPER into natural health and healing modalities as well, as from what she has seen of the medical industry through the years has left her with little faith in the system.

Although, interestingly she had never heard of the castor oil packs! I am excited to see her again after I treat myself and see what she says!!! We both agreed that our own bodies are more than capable of dealing with challenges most of the time if we just give them the chance.

Okay, so now knowing what I am dealing with EXCITES me, as I am about to embark on an anti-fibroid diet and treatment for the next three months or so and then re-test to see what’s happened. I will document along the way as I want to remember what I do and how I did it. I will plan on posting pictures with measurements as well as soon as they are released to me.

Another good thing to know was where the fibroid sits exactly (my former OBGYN had NEVER even explained any of this to me. Surprise, surprise) and it’s pressing on my bladder. NO WONDER I have to pee all the time, as well as my bloated belly makes so much more sense, as this can make the belly area protrude quite a bit with a growth of this caliber.

The good news is… that it’s treatable in ways I never knew about until this past week.

The bad news is… that I feel like I wasted all of these years just letting it hang out in my body and didn’t get more aggressive with it earlier.

I messed around with enzymes and herbs but never consistently in the past. I feel like what quite honestly is driving me now more than ever is my desire to start a family here sometime this year and I would love to go into it with the cleanest slate possible.

Considering that firbroids grow with pregnancy hormones, mine is starting out at a rather large size, so shrinking it down-better yet KILLING it- would be ideal going into this.

I am beyond thankful for the good ‘bad’ news of this thing hanging in my body! I am so so hopeful!

Stay tuned…

FEEL GOOD MOMENT OF THE DAY: LEMONS. Lemons keep popping up today and yesterday. I have been offered lemons multiple times by different people. Seeing lemons and being gifted lemons at random, as well as the fibroid being compared to the size of one is quite strange. Looked up the meaning of lemons and didn’t mean much to me-talked about being pure and virginal, as well as standing for devoted friendship. What I am taking it to mean (besides that fact that I see God providing in strange ways for us to save a buck or two for juicing supplies as we blow through lemons!) is reminding me to cleanse and purify at this time in life. Continual cleansing and ridding my body of the ‘old’….especially appropriate this week as I leave behind the old life/career this coming week.

    Hi Kate 🙂

Just wondering if you have news about your fibroids, it has been 15 months now, hope you don’t have them anymore, please tell us your reults , thank you

    • Hi Angelica (Justin here) she’s actually still working on them. Kate doesn’t want to have surgery and it’s becoming a long process. She’s working with Nikki Moses on nutritional balancing as one of her approaches to healing them. It’s complicated for her. Do you have them as well and have you tried anything that works?

  • Anna says:

Hi Kate, Can you say a little more about the diet and spiritual work? I’m also trying to shrink a subserosal uterine fibroids in the fundoid region. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over a year and I my hope is by ridding my womb of the fibroid, we will successfully conceive. I’d like to know if you have any dietary information you can share. Thanks!

  • Aida says:

So Kate, how is it going? Did it shrink?

  • Mary says:

    Hello there,
Have you shrank your fibroids? What was the size and what is the current size. I do not see an update.

    Many thanks.

I too have a 7cm subserousal fundal fibroid! And, I am planning to start a family this year as well ? I started doing castor oil packs last month but have to take break during mensturation and ovulation onward. Keeping fingers crossed because I have to kill this sucker! Tired of going to bathroom every hour lol

  • o j says:

I don’t understand this post . Did you shrink your fundal suberosal fibroid ? If so how?

    • Kate says:

Hi Olivia! I am in process of shrinking it, so we shall see how it pans out! Apparently a subserosal fibroid is one of the few kinds that CAN be effectively shrunken with use of castor oil packs…I am doing this treatment as well as many other detoxification methods as well as spiritual work….I will see what happens! thanks for writing in:)
