I created Extreme Health Radio and the Inner Circle to help people become more informed, empowered, and proactive through education, independent research, spiritual exploration, and my Detoxify, Nourish, Build philosophy.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing or accessing any products or services.

By completing a purchase and accepting these terms, you enter into an agreement with JJ&J Enterprises, doing business as Extreme Health Radio.

These terms apply to purchases directly made from Extreme Health Radio where this agreement is presented and accepted, including Inner Circle memberships, individual health protocols, protocol bundles, the All Access Protocol Vault, digital courses, workshops, and physical products.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

Our paid products and memberships are intended for adults age 18 or older.

You agree to provide accurate purchase and account information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and use your account only for authorized personal purposes.

Accounts may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by multiple individuals unless expressly permitted.

You are responsible for maintaining your account security and reporting suspected unauthorized access.

2. Inner Circle Membership

The Extreme Health Radio Inner Circle is a paid educational and private community that may include:

• Access to the private community.
• Detoxify, Nourish, Build educational training.
• Health protocols, books, and downloadable guides.
• Live Q&A sessions and recorded replays.
• Educational workshops and guest interviews.
• Research discussions and health insights.
• Eligible bonuses, special offers, and member discounts.
• Additional educational resources released over time.

Your specific membership benefits are determined by the offer presented at the time of purchase.

Some materials are available immediately, while others are released over time.

Membership does not automatically include every Extreme Health Radio product unless expressly stated in the purchased offer.

3. Health Protocols & Digital Products

Extreme Health Radio offers downloadable and online educational products, including individual health protocols, ebooks, guides, courses, digital bundles, and the All Access Protocol Vault.

These products may discuss specific health conditions, symptoms, lifestyle practices, research findings, wellness strategies, or spiritual perspectives.

Purchasing one protocol does not automatically grant access to every other protocol.

Purchasing a bundle grants access only to the products specifically identified in the offer.

Purchasing the All Access Protocol Vault grants access to the collection and benefits described in its respective sales offer.

A digital purchase provides a license to access and use the purchased material. It does not transfer copyright ownership.

4. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products may be delivered through downloadable files, email links, secure course portals, member dashboards, or other electronic delivery systems.

Access is generally provided after successful payment, subject to any disclosed delivery schedule.

Technical issues, email filtering, browser problems, and platform synchronization may occasionally cause delays.

I will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues, provide the purchased materials, or offer an appropriate remedy.

5. Membership Bonuses & Protocol Access

Certain Inner Circle offers include complimentary health protocols and other digital bonuses.

The exact bonuses included are determined by the offer purchased.

A bonus included with one promotion is not automatically included with every membership tier or future promotion.

If your membership ends, access to membership-exclusive resources generally ends with it.

Separately purchased health protocols remain governed by their own purchase terms and licenses.

If a purchase is refunded, access to bonuses provided solely as part of that refunded purchase may be revoked, subject to applicable law and the original offer.

Any express promise permitting you to keep a downloadable resource after cancellation will be honored.

6. Automatic Membership Billing

Inner Circle is a recurring paid membership.

4-Week Memberships

Membership payments automatically renew every 28 days, not once per calendar month.

Annual Memberships

Membership payments automatically renew every 12 months.

Your exact membership price, applicable discounts, billing schedule, and taxes are disclosed during checkout.

By providing the required authorization, you agree to recurring charges until cancellation.

Required automatic-renewal disclosures, confirmations, and notices will be provided in accordance with applicable law.

7. Founding Member & Legacy Pricing

Certain members qualify for special founding member, promotional, or legacy pricing.

These rates remain locked in while the qualifying subscription remains active and in good standing, according to the original promotional terms.

If you voluntarily cancel and later rejoin, the previous discounted rate may no longer be available.

Temporary payment failures do not automatically eliminate grandfathered pricing while an eligible subscription remains in an authorized recovery process.

Promotional coupons and discounts cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

8. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time.

To cancel, use the available online account cancellation option or email:

Cancellation stops future recurring membership payments.

Unless otherwise required by law, membership access remains available through the end of your current paid billing period.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails or simply not using your membership does not constitute cancellation.

Canceling your membership does not automatically cancel separate installment purchases or unrelated subscriptions.

9. Universal 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

I want you to feel confident about purchasing from Extreme Health Radio.

That’s why I offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on products and services purchased directly from Extreme Health Radio, subject to the terms below.

This includes:

• Inner Circle initial membership purchases.
• Individual health protocols.
• Protocol bundles.
• The All Access Protocol Vault.
• Digital ebooks and guides.
• Online educational courses and workshops.
• Physical products sold directly by Extreme Health Radio, including applicable wellness equipment.

Digital Products & Initial Membership Purchases

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, email justin at extreme health radio dot com within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.

No explanation or completion requirements are necessary.

Eligible requests receive a full refund of the amount paid for the qualifying purchase.

Physical Products

For physical products purchased directly from Extreme Health Radio, the 7-day refund-request period begins on the date the product is delivered.

You must contact justin at extreme health radio dot com within that period to initiate the return.

Physical products must be returned according to the return instructions provided. Reasonable product inspection and testing, applicable product safety requirements, and mandatory consumer rights will be respected.

Return shipping arrangements and any applicable product-specific return conditions will be disclosed before purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible.

Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

A refund of a digital purchase may terminate the associated product license and ongoing digital access.

A refund of a membership purchase terminates the associated membership access.

Nothing in this guarantee limits additional rights provided by applicable law.

10. Membership Renewals & Refunds

The 7-day guarantee applies to the initial Inner Circle membership purchase only.

It does not restart with each renewal.

• First 4-week membership payment: eligible for the 7-day guarantee.
• First annual membership payment: eligible for the 7-day guarantee.
• Subsequent 4-week renewal payments: generally nonrefundable.
• Subsequent annual renewal payments: generally nonrefundable.

Members may cancel future renewals at any time.

Cancellation does not automatically refund an already processed payment.

Billing errors, duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, and refunds required by applicable law will be handled appropriately.

Discretionary refund exceptions may be considered individually.

11. Protocol & Digital Product Refunds

All individually purchased Extreme Health Radio digital health protocols, ebooks, educational courses, and protocol bundles qualify for the same 7-day guarantee.

The guarantee begins on the original purchase date, even when digital materials are delivered immediately.

The guarantee also applies to purchases of the All Access Protocol Vault.

A refund request does not require you to prove that you completed the material or achieved a particular result.

If a digital product is refunded, its license and ongoing access rights may terminate. You agree to stop using and delete refunded copies within your control where legally permitted.

Adrenal Fatigue Protocol 7-Day Guarantee

For the Adrenal Fatigue Protocol (Adrenal Health Protocol), we offer full, no-questions-asked refunds within 7 days of the original purchase date. You may keep the Adrenal Fatigue Protocol content. The requirement to stop using and delete refunded copies stated above does not apply to the Adrenal Fatigue Protocol.

12. Installment Payment Plans

Certain digital products or bundles may be available through installment payments.

An installment plan is a commitment to purchase the product at the total price and payment schedule disclosed during checkout.

It is not automatically a recurring Inner Circle membership.

The 7-day guarantee for installment purchases begins on the date of the initial purchase, not on each installment date.

An eligible refund request within that period applies to the qualifying purchase, including payments already collected toward it.

After the guarantee period, the remaining installment obligations continue according to the accepted payment plan, except where cancellation, refund, or other rights apply under law or the specific offer.

Canceling an unrelated membership does not automatically cancel an installment purchase.

13. Billing Errors & Payment Disputes

If a payment fails, the payment provider may attempt another authorized charge or request updated payment details.

Membership or product access may be temporarily restricted while payment problems are resolved.

No undisclosed late-payment penalties will be imposed.

Nothing in these terms restricts your lawful rights to dispute unauthorized or incorrect charges.

14. IMPORTANT: No Medical Claims or Guaranteed Health Outcomes

Extreme Health Radio does not promise or guarantee any particular health result from purchasing, reading, viewing, or following our educational materials.

We do not claim that purchasing or using our products, programs, protocols, or memberships will diagnose, treat, prevent, reverse, or cure any disease or medical condition.

Health-related topics, research discussions, personal experiences, testimonials, and other information are presented for educational, informational, philosophical, and spiritual purposes.

Discussion of scientific studies, therapeutic approaches, or individual experiences should not be interpreted as a guarantee of safety, effectiveness, or results.

Members and customers are free to evaluate these ideas according to their own beliefs and circumstances.

Purchasing a product or membership does not require agreement with any particular spiritual belief.

16. Mandatory Medical Consultation Disclaimer

Extreme Health Radio does not provide emergency medical services.

18. Health Protocol Risks & Personal Responsibility

Some Extreme Health Radio protocols discuss supplements, herbs, nutrients, diet changes, fasting, cleansing, detoxification, wellness devices, and conventional or unconventional approaches.

These practices may involve risks.

Not every practice, amount, supplement, or therapy discussed is appropriate or safe for every individual.

Potential risks may include allergic reactions, adverse effects, drug interactions, contraindications, procedural complications, or delays in obtaining appropriate medical care.

23. Guest Experts & Third-Party Information

I want Inner Circle to be a supportive environment where people can explore ideas, ask questions, and participate respectfully.

Members agree not to engage in harassment, threats, spam, fraud, impersonation, unauthorized promotion, unlawful activity, or the disclosure of another person’s private information.

Respectful disagreement and thoughtful discussion are welcome.

I reserve the right to moderate content, remove inappropriate material, and suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.

Where reasonable, members may receive notice and an opportunity to correct an issue.

25. Member Advice & Community Discussions

Members may share personal experiences, research, beliefs, or informal suggestions.

These contributions are not medical advice from Extreme Health Radio.

I cannot independently verify every statement posted by a member.

Participation does not establish a professional healthcare relationship with other members.

You remain responsible for independently evaluating information and obtaining appropriate medical guidance.

26. Privacy & Sensitive Health Information

Inner Circle is a private educational community, not a confidential medical records system.

Information posted in group discussions may be visible to other authorized members.

Please avoid sharing unnecessary medical records, financial details, identifying information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information.

Although members are expected to respect one another’s privacy, I cannot guarantee that other members will never copy or disclose information.

Personal information is handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy and privacy laws.

27. Live Sessions, Recordings & Testimonials

Certain live sessions may be recorded and made available as replays.

Members will receive appropriate notice, and legally required recording consent will be obtained.

If you do not wish to participate in a recorded session, you may refrain from recorded audio or video participation.

Identifiable private health stories, photographs, videos, or testimonials will not be used in public advertising without appropriate permission.

28. Intellectual Property & Digital Licenses

Extreme Health Radio’s original protocols, ebooks, courses, videos, graphics, research compilations, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing or accessing these materials grants a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, noncommercial license.

Without appropriate permission, you may not:

• Resell or commercially redistribute paid materials.
• Publicly publish purchased protocols or proprietary PDFs.
• Share paid files or account access with nonpurchasers.
• Reproduce substantial portions of protected materials in competing commercial products.
• Upload proprietary materials to unauthorized public sharing systems.
• Use automated systems to scrape and commercially reproduce protected content.
• Remove copyright notices or falsely claim authorship.

These restrictions are subject to applicable legal exceptions, including permitted fair use.

Unauthorized commercial redistribution may result in access termination and appropriate legal action.

I do not guarantee the manufacturing quality, safety, availability, suitability, or performance of products independently sold by third parties.

31. Physical Products & Equipment

Physical products sold directly by Extreme Health Radio may include wellness devices or other equipment.

Physical purchases are covered by the 7-day guarantee described in Section 9, beginning upon delivery.

Customers must follow the applicable return authorization and shipping instructions.

Product-specific safety precautions, operational instructions, warranties, shipping information, and any additional return conditions will be disclosed as appropriate.

Extreme Health Radio does not guarantee that use of wellness equipment will achieve a particular medical or health outcome.

Any medical concerns regarding use of equipment should be discussed with an appropriately licensed medical doctor.

32. Content Changes, Bonuses & Scheduling

I may update educational content, change live-session schedules, introduce new resources, or improve membership features.

Planned features and future resources may change.

I will make reasonable efforts to deliver benefits expressly promised in the purchased offer.

Material changes affecting purchased benefits will be addressed according to applicable law and the original purchase terms.

Promotional deadlines and eligibility requirements must be disclosed when offered.

33. Technical Issues & Service Availability

Digital products and memberships may depend on third-party hosting, payment processors, email platforms, video services, and membership software.

Occasional interruptions, maintenance, login issues, or technical delays may occur.

I will make reasonable efforts to restore access and resolve problems.

Nothing in this section removes legal remedies concerning undelivered products or services.

34. Account Suspension & Termination

I may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, fraudulent activity, unauthorized redistribution, or unlawful conduct.

Where appropriate, reasonable notice or an opportunity to correct the problem may be provided.

Termination for misconduct does not automatically establish refund eligibility, subject to applicable law.

Customers may cancel recurring memberships through the procedures described above.

35. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Extreme Health Radio and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the products or services.

Where legally enforceable, total liability for claims arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid to Extreme Health Radio for that product or service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury liability that cannot legally be excluded, or any other non-waivable legal responsibility.

You retain all remedies and protections required by applicable law.

36. Responsibility for Misuse

You agree to use Extreme Health Radio products and services lawfully.

To the extent permitted by law, you may be responsible for losses directly resulting from your intentional misconduct, unlawful activity, or unauthorized commercial redistribution of protected materials.

This provision does not make you responsible for wrongdoing by Extreme Health Radio.

37. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns involving billing, delivery, memberships, refunds, product access, or any other service issue, please contact:

I will make a good-faith effort to resolve concerns fairly.

Where legally permitted, these terms are governed by California law.

Applicable jurisdiction and venue requirements remain subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this agreement restricts non-waivable legal rights, including lawful payment disputes, regulatory complaints, or court remedies.

38. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect business changes, service improvements, or legal requirements.

Material changes will be communicated as required by law.

Updates will not retroactively remove protections or benefits promised under an existing purchase.

Members may cancel future renewals if they disagree with terms applicable to future membership periods.

39. Entire Agreement & Enforceability

These Terms & Conditions, together with applicable checkout disclosures, product-specific policies, promotional promises, and the Privacy Policy, govern relevant Extreme Health Radio purchases and services.

Specific written product promises and guarantees will be honored according to their stated terms.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.

Failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.

These terms do not override applicable consumer protection laws.
