What a fun show Kate and I had today. We spoke about a number of issues in today’s show.
We started off by talking about some of Kate’s daily “self care” disciplines. She and I both have these sort of “non negotiables” that we do each day. Neither of us let’s the day go by without doing some (if not all) of these healthy daily practices.
A listener asked this question in our chat room the day before so we thought we’d make sure to cover this on our show when we had more time to expand on it.
Then after that we got into this whole ALS ice bucket challenge that’s been taking the interwebs and social media by storm. I just don’t get it. Perhaps I’ll write an entire blog article about it.
Let me just say that I don’t think that ALS will ever be cured by conventional methods. There’s just too much money in it. As of this writing over 40 million dollars has been raised to “fight” this disease. People don’t realize that what we resists, persists.
We can’t fight disease. Be that as it may we have to take an alternative route if we really want to get to the bottom of why these neurological disorders are happening more and more in our society. In an age when “medicine” is run by giant corporations that are only focused on the bottom line, we’ll never find true healing.
What you will find though are some ways to live with the disease more comfortably or you’ll get access to FDA approved drugs and chemicals that will help hide the symptoms of a disease. You might even have access to a surgery to help eliminate a disease.
But you won’t find healing. Only the body can heal. What we really need is to educate people as to why disease happens and how to live a more natural lifestyle that God intended for us. But unfortunately giving up Starbucks, McDonald’s and cell phones is not in the cards for people because it’s much easier to keep living their toxic lifestyles, film a video of them dumping ice on their heads and calling it a day.
[spp-tweet “Diseases like cancer & heart disease should be turned into verbs. We do cancer every day.”]How can we undo cancer or undo ALS?
That’s what Extreme Health Radio is all about.
We also talked about Kate’s anti sulfur diet she’s been experiment with along with the ebola virus, depression and Robin Willams along with many other topics.
We hope you enjoyed this show!
