We go with the flow here on Extreme Health Radio! We really needed to have 4 hours with David Sereda to get to all of his fascinating information. Although we did cover quite a few subjects during this interview (as you can see below) there were lots that we didn’t get a chance to cover. That’s okay though because we were able to talk with Mr. David Sereda more in depth about a few subjects and dive right into them. One of the more fascinating topics was using crystals for our health.

For some reason there’s an energetic charge that crystals can carry. This is why it’s used in computer chips and in many other forms of technology. The crystal is almost able to be programmed (similar to water which we talked about) with different frequencies that can affect our bio energetic field.

There are many different ways to use crystals for your health which we talk about during the show. We also had some time to discuss is frequency pendants that he makes. He infuses the sound of the sun into the matrix of the necklaces and jewelry that he sells. If you’re going to wear something around your neck all day why not have it heal you at the same time?
