We hope you enjoy following along our journey to freedom and health in life.
We starting talking about language and how our words affect not only our physiology but maybe even our reality? I don’t know that to be true but there might be something there.
We also talked about how language is a form of mind reading and mind control.
We also discussed how I want to get back on urine therapy and why drinking your own pee is an incredibly healthy practice to do every single day if you can. The trick though is to drink it with Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar and that way you won’t taste anything at all. Nothing. Zip. Zilch. Nada.
That’s the secret!
We also talked a little bit about whether or not eating raw meat can improve your digestion and help to heal your gut. We know people that do it and swear by it. Can you get parasites from that? Well that presupposes parasites are bad doesn’t it?
Something to think about.
If you started eating more meats would that help you to lower the amount of sugar you consume on a daily basis. Perhaps.
We also talked about Kate’s journey to overcoming fear in her life. We discussed the belief that’s wildly popular in Christian circles called The Rapture where God in the “twinkling of an eye” will snatch up all believers in an instant from planet earth.
Imagine how a story like that (especially wrapped in the drama of a Hollywood production) could mess with a 10 year old girls’ mind?
Talk about FEAR right?
