So many people were upset about the iron, the ascorbic acid, the fish oil and the vitamin D mostly. We had some questions about silver etc but for the most part people go really angray about those things in particular.

Just sharing information my friends. Take what serves you and leave the rest.

Always expiriment and always use your own intuition instead of relying on a famous internet personality to tell you what to take or not take.
