I get this question so often, “what should I take or avoid during pregnancy!”.

You’ll notice the foods and supplements I share below are very dense with nutrition. Pills are okay but food is better. Dessicated beef liver and oysters are good but if you’re able to eat the actual food that’s ideal. But if you can’t stomach them, supplement do work, just not as well.

Obviously I cannot give medical advice but here’s what I would take if I were pregnant…

  • Beef liver & other organ meats
  • MSM strengthen connective tissue
  • Vitamin E
  • Organo Living Silicastrengthen connective tissue
  • Trace mineral drops in water
  • Bone Broth – ideally made yourself – strengthen connective tissue
  • Gelatin (pig ears, chicken feet and cow feet are most powerful) – Available herestrengthen connective tissue
  • Whole food vitamin C
  • Organic grass fed raw dairy – Available here
  • Shilijit
  • Magnesium (bicarbonate, glycinate, malate) Avoid (citrate, carbonate, glutamate, oxide, aspartate)
  • Oysters
  • A raw carrot salad daily
  • Colostrum
  • Copper (beef liver, whole food c, bee pollen, mushrooms, Eel, organ meats)
  • Retinol – true vitamin A from animal fats
  • Egg yolks
  • Adrenal cocktail (4oz OJ, 4oz coconut water, 1/4 teaspoon white sea salt) 2x per day.
  • Chaga and Reishi mushrooms or in a liquid tincture
  • Probiotics from fermented foods but if you must supplement…. the 3 I like are from Mitolife, Just Thrive and Living Streams Mission.

  • I’d avoid consuming…

  • Iron
  • Vitamin D
  • Colloidal silver
  • Zinc
  • Standard Prenatal vitamins
  • Ascorbic acid, citrate or citric acid
  • Fish oils, vegetable oils, seed oils or any polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs)

  • Lifestyle

I would focus on extremely nutrient dense foods and eat as much as you need to. Avoid stress, stressful situations and people while focusing on getting high quality sleep each night.

I would ground to the earth as much as possible by not wearing shoes on the earth or getting a grounding sheet for your bed. I would also block damaging blue light as much as possible with a pair blue blocking glasses (cheaper Uvex works well too) while avoiding sunglasses when outside.

I would minimize exposure to smart meters, wifi routers, cell phones and other forms of magnetic fields from refrigerators, computers and wiring in your walls. You can get some good emf protection clothing here.

I would focus on good nutrition, lowering stress, spending time with friends, laughing, drinking lots of mineral rich water and being outside as much as possible.
