Dr. Robert Silverstein – Do Cholesterol Numbers Matter?, Hormone Health, Tons of Listener Questions & Much More!

Dr. Silverstein was such a fun guest and very lively as well. He has been in the practice of health and healing for over 30 years and works hard to help people get their lives back.

It was a lot of fun to finally get the chance to talk with Dr. Silverstein as this has been something we’ve been wanting to do for quite some time now.

We talked about cholesterol numbers and how to manage them. We also talked about whether or not the cholesterol numbers even matter to begin with. His answer might shock you.

We also talked about how to balance hormone levels and thyroid health. Thyroid health is a big concern these days with accidents like Fukishima happening and low iodine levels. The thyroid glad (among many other things) happens to be responsible for the production of hormone levels in the body. Without balanced hormones you might feel a lack of sex drive, lack of motivation, cold hands and feet, heart palpitations, poor circulation, depression and much more. Hormones are key for your health so keeping your thyroid gland is imperative.

We also talked about cancer and how to prevent and reverse cancerous tumors in the body.

As many of you know cancer is always the #1 or #2 killer in America today. Just about 1 out of 2 people will be diagnosed with cancer at some time in their lives.
