7 Tips For Storing Green Juice That Preserves Freshenss (Video)

I don’t know about you but making green juice is something Kate and I do just about every day. On average we probably make at least 5 green juices per week maybe six.

Making a practice of drinking a green juice every day is incredibly healthy on many levels. Green juice is very cleansing and detoxifying. It helps to remineralize the body. People often think they need vitamins but what they really need are more minerals.

Minerals help make the body more “electric” which means it’s able to transmit electrical signals much more effectively. When your body cannot “talk to itself” properly you have things like auto immune diseases or allergic responses to many foods and substances.

Being mineralized gives you power and strength on many levels. Minerals help you feel more alive and connected. They help you to open your mind and see possibilities.

If you think I’m nuts than do a 21 day juice fast or just include green juices as part of your existing diet (not matter what you eat) for 30 days and watch what happens.

It’s powerful.

With that said, you must have an escape plan for when things don’t go your way. We all have busy days that go haywire on us. I’ll call it your green juice contingency plan.

Here are 3 things you can do when you don’t have time to make a green juice!

  • Buy one at a local health food store
  • Drink the next best thing, Organifi Green Juice Powder!
  • Juice in bulk and store for the week! (Which we’ll discuss below…)

I share in the video above about the most ideal way to make a green juice to get all the life giving minerals and nutrients.

Here are 7 tips for storing green juice so they last a long time!

  • Grow your own vegetables in your own garden using rock dust, compost, manure and ocean minerals to make sure your soils are rich and teeming with life.

  • Make the juice in a Norwalk press juicer. Using a Norwalk ensures that none of the minerals, phytonutrients, enzymes or vitamins get killed while making it. Using a centrifugal juicer can kill many nutrients because of heat and oxidation.

  • Add a small dab of unheated raw honey to the bottom of a mason jar (to preserve enzyme activity).

  • Fill the green juice all the way to the top of the jar.

  • Add 2 to 3 drops of crystal energy to each glass.

  • Then use a FoodSaver type machine to suck the remaining air out of the mason jar (make sure to get the proper attachments).

  • Make sure the green juice is cold and dark when you store it in your refrigerator.

This should make the juice last at least 7 days and keep all of the freshness and aliveness of your drink! Also make sure to never use plastic containers to store your green juice in. If you do make sure they’re BPA free. Glass is best.

Share below how you make your juices in bulk and store them so they’re still fresh after a few days! I’d love to hear how you do it! 🙂

Justin, you do a great job !
I always go to your interviews first.
I must apologize as I order almost everything from
Amazon, but just now I clicked on your Amazon box on
your site to order the BioRay Liver Detox product.
From now on I will do all orders through your site.
Clicking on the box is all I do I hope, but I may have done it wrong, as I had another window open for the order. Let me know.
I’m in L.A. too, Valley Village.

I’d like to be on your email list too get notification of your coming interviews, or whatever.

    Thank you.
