If you’re anything like me, you know all the benefits of getting into tonic Chinese herbalism but you don’t know where to start. I knew about Jing (your essence or energy), Qi (your essential life force energy), and Shen (spirit). You know how herbs affect your organs, prevent diseases, provide minerals and deeply nourish you. You know all that but haven’t done anything about it. If that’s you, then Elixir Synergy is exactly what you need.

It takes you from point A to point Z and covers everything in between.

What I like about the Elixiry Synergy program is how it really motivates you to take your current knowledge of herbalism to another level. I feel like this ebook compliments Daniel Vitalis’ work called The Elixir Craft program perfectly.

In Daniels’ work he doesn’t really like to give recipes because he want you to be able to look at an herb and to immediately know how to best work with it. For example, he wants you to learn the difference between tinctures, dual extractions, decoctions and herbal infusions. Daniel’s approach is similar to “Give a man some bread feed him once, teach him to fish and feed him for a lifetime.”

Daniel doesn’t focus primarily on recipes per se but focuses on conditions and brings herbs in to help the situation you’re facing.

I see his point on many levels. But sometimes just the idea of herbs can be intimidating to people.

Here are just a few questions I had when first starting out:

  • Do you have to go to a Chinese market to buy these things or can you buy them at a grocery store?
  • What’s the best kind of pot to use?

  • Do you let the water boil or by boiling it does it cause a white blood cell reaction to occur after it reaches a certain temperature?
  • What about reusing the herbs to save money?
  • What about surface area? Do you have to cut up your herbs to get more medicines out of them?
  • Can I use tap water or what about distilled water?
  • How do I store my herbs once I’m done using them?

These are all questions I had before I read Elixir Synergy.

Plus when I first started out I wanted to know specific recipes I could follow and feel comfortable with. I had to get to level 1 before I could move to level 2. I was very intimidated by herbs for many years before I finally dove in.

The Value Of Herbs

It’s interesting to me that we even have to make a case for the power of herbs on our immune systems. We’ve strayed so far away from health in my opinion. All ancient cultures used herbs in some way as part of their daily lives. Today we don’t know the first thing about how to best work with herbs.

It’s been said that over 80% of your immune system are the beneficial microflora in our small and large intestine. Bacteria make up your immune system. So what makes up the other 20%? The thymus gland, T-Cells, white blood cells are all key components to your immune system.

Think Of Herbs Like Internal Body Building

When we go to the gym we lift weights to break down the specific muscle fibers in certain points in the body. The body responds by rebuilding that tissue during the rest phase.

The same thing happens internally with herbs. Herbs have the minerals and alkaloids (poisons) that stimulate key organs to regenerate and become stronger. Think of using herbs as and internal workout. This is why the word “tonic” herbalism is mentioned. These herbs actually help tonify organ tissues. Tonics are substances you can take every day for the rest of your life.

Drinking green juices is one of the best things that you can do. Superfood smoothies are also a great way to help rebuild your body and clean it out. But learning how to work with high quality herbs is key to a long life and optimum health.

Killer Bonuses

One of my favorite parts of this book are the great bonuses that come with it. The one bonus about how to put together your own superfood green powders at a fraction of the cost blew me away. I’ve been buying green powders from HealthForce and other companies. I really really like them. But for the same price you can get 3 or 4 times the amount. You’ll never look at superfood green powders the same again.

The other bonuses include where to get nut milk bags for 1/10th the cost and a really good video recipe on how to make your own chai spice blend.

For $27 dollars it’s well worth the cost. You know how amazing Chinese tonic herbalism is, why put off learning about it any longer? Why be intimidated about how to make herbal and medicinal teas?

Invest in your health today. For less than $30 bucks you can learn how to radically improve your health and you can improve the health of your family and friends too because you can teach them everything you’ve learned in this course.

I highly recommend the Elixir Synergy course. I’ve been able to talk with Heidi personally and she’s such a wealth of knowledge and wants to help people get to the next level. Also I’ve been able to work with JS and Brandon and they’ve been so great to correspond with.

Plus if you purchase Elixir Synergy through me, you’ll be helping to support our work at Extreme Health Radio. We’re all about helping people take responsibility for their health and get to the next level.
