Day #13 - Food Packaging & Immunity
Hey friends!
Today is day #13 my friends.
We're almost done!
We are all about food packaging today. You want to avoid plastics at all costs because of the hormone disruptors along with synthetic chemicals that damage our thyroid, liver, colon, brain and blood.
If you do buy something in plastic, make sure you don't heat it up (avoid putting plastics in the microwave or letting them sit in the hot car) but also transfer it to glass as soon as possible when you get home.
Not only do you need to make sure that all the food you eat is organic, packaged in glass (ideally) but also in non BPA free lining if they are in cans.
I avoid buying anythying in cans that is acidic (like tomato sauce for example) as that will leach chemicals and metals from the inside of the can.
Remember, there are many toxic substances in plastic lined cans, and BPA is only one of them. So just because it's organic, BPA free doesn't mean it's safe!

Day #12 - Heating Foods
Hello my friend!
Day 12 - Heating foods
This might be the easiest challenge so far because you probably already don't use a microwave.
But if you are we implore you to avoid using it except for hot packs.... if at all.
The most ideal and natural way to cook food is in water by boiling it. This ensures that the food doesn't get too hot in the heating process because of the medium of water.
Steaming food is also another great option for cooking food.
Make sure if you barb-q your food to avoid letting the flames touch the food itself and create a blackened charred outer portion. This blackened area is highly toxic creating heterocyclic amines which are carcinogenic to your body.
The other thing to consider when cooking are the pots and pans you use. Make sure they're organic, preferably glass and or derived from clay. We like ceramic.
Heavy metals can leach into your foods during the cooking process and when combined with wireless technology and 5G smart grid, this is causing many diseases.
Cooking is serious business and you need to make sure to do it right (not just for flavor too!).

Wifi and EMF.
This is one of the biggest things damaging our health right now and nobody is talking about it. 5G is coming and it's going to get worse.
So how can you mitigate all of this radiation we're exposing our cells to?

Day #10 - Heat
Hi Friends!
Today is Day #10 of the Extreme Health Challenge! How are you holding up?
Heat...
Increasing the heat of the body helps to dramatically improve the production of heat shock proteins in the body.
Heat shock proteins are what stimulate the immune system to become stronger and help to fight off pathogens, viruses and bacteria in the body that wear down our immunity over time.
Did you know that those who use a sauna 4-7 times per week decrease their ALL CAUSE mortality by 40%. This is huge my friends.
Some other benefits include...
Enhance endurance by:
● Increasing nutrient delivery to muscles thereby reducing the
depletion of glycogen stores.
● Reducing heart rate and reducing core temperature during workload.
Increase muscle hypertrophy by preventing protein degradation through
the following three means:
● Induction of heat shock proteins and a hormetic response (which has
also been shown to increase longevity in lower organisms).
● Cause a massive release of growth hormone.
● Improving insulin sensitivity.
Improved cardiovascular mechanisms and lower heart rate.
● Lower core body temperature during workload (surprise!)
● Higher sweat rate and sweat sensitivity as a function of increased
thermoregulatory control.
● Increased blood flow to skeletal muscle (known as muscle perfusion) and
other tissues.
● Reduced rate of glycogen depletion due to improved muscle perfusion.
● Increased red blood cell count (likely via erythropoietin).
● Increased efficiency of oxygen transport to muscles.
You absolutly need to figure out a way to incorporate heat into your weekly health protocols to dramatically stimulate your immune system.

Day #8 - Meditation & NLP

Day #8 we're more than halfway done!!
Today is all about meditation and NLP aka neuro-linguistic programming. Did you know that in only 3-5 minutes per day you can radically alter your autonomic nervous system and reprogram it for health?
You can actually reprogram your subconscious mind for anything you want. The trick is that the subconscious mind responds to repetition. This is why it's critical to do this exercise EVERY DAY.
You have 5 minutes per day don't you?
If you did every day for a year you would have spent over 30 hours of the year literally reprogramming you mind and nervous system for success in all areas of your life.

Day #7 - Exercise
Hey friends!
Today is Day #7 my friends I hope you're enjoying this health challenge!
Exercise is key to building a strong immune system. Did you know that you MUST exercise and move your body ever single day?
What's your current exercise plan? If you don't have one, I implore you to write it down and stick to it.
Mine is on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday I lift weights grounded outside in full spectrum sun. I also walk the dogs and do my stretching routine on those days as well.
On the other 3 days I focus on my cardiovascular exercise like surfing, hiking or running. If I'm unable to do any of those things I have a treadmill in my garage that I use as a last resort.
My weight lifting workouts last about an hour and a half and on the other days I try to get at least 30 to 60 minutes of intense cardio training in.
I also rebound (jump up and down on a mini trampoline) for 30 minutes per day grounded to the earth outside in full spectrum sunlight without wearing sunglasses.
I encourage you to get outside and make an effort to exercise. I recommend doing something outdoors rather than going into a gym under toxic blue light and moldy air.

Day #6 - Sun
Hey friend!
We're humming right along for day #6 of this challenge. How are you going so far?
The sun is your friend. Conventional doctors will have you believe this sun is going to give you cancer and it's going to kill you.
Nothing could be further from the truth. There are over 1500 frequencies and thousands of wavelengths in the sun that all affect our mitochondrial health.
Remember, our mitochondria control genetic expression. We are beings of light first and we need to allow our solar panels to upregulate these frequencies in order to improve our immune system and live disease free.
What happens when you put a tarp over a tree? It'll die. We are the same way. The sun gives light and life. All fake light brings death.
By going in the sun you create vitamin D which is responsible for over 3000 enzymatic and metabolic processes in the body which literally turn on and off specific genes.
The sun also is responsible for helping us to create melatonin when exposed early in the morning upon rising. This is also the time we create melanin in our skin which prevents burning and increases tan.
The sunlight in the eyes first thing in the morning (before looking at blue light screens) also sets off a cascade of hormones in your body.
We need the sun to live.
Instructions: Go out in the sun today with no sunglasses on and as little clothing as possible for at least 20 minutes. Sleep is absolutely critical for optimal health, radical healing and longevity. You must master sleep if you want a powerful immune system.
You simply cannot burn the candle at both ends and expect abundant health.
The old saying, "I'll sleep when I'm dead" is a misnomer and couldn't be further from the truth.
To optimize sleep read a paper book before bed and wear blue blocking glasses. Create a sleep sanctuary.
Make sleep the highest priority in your life.

Day #3 - The Breath And Your Immune System
Hi friends!
Day #3 - Diaphragmatic breathing
Our breath is our life. We can go weeks or months without food, about 4 days without water but only minutes without air.
Some religions say the soul comes in when a child takes it's first breath.
Regardless, breathing is key to your immune system. Breathing saturates your tissues and cells with oxygen which is essential to your immunity.
There's a reason why yogis and meditators focus on your breath as proper breathing has always been associated with health and longevity.
Be conscious of your breath today. Try not to breath through your mouth. Breathing through your nose creates a torroidal vortex energy that increases nitric oxide levels in the body so make sure you breath through your nose.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. When you exhale make it last twice as long as your inhale. Do this 3 times during the day as well as often as you can remember.
Remember God "breathed life into man". Your breath is the direct connection to your eternal spirit. It's the physical mechanism that connects us to our higher self. Make it your practice for the rest of your life to be consciously aware of your breathing.

Day #2 - Upgrading Your Water
Hey friends!
Today is day #2 of the building invincible immunity challenge. Are you excited? I hope so!
Okay today is going to be much easier than yesterday. Fasting is challenging for most people!
Today we're talking about water. Make sure you drink enough water my friends. The cells need it to conduct electricity, voltage and light.
Wifi, EMF and 5G are dehydrating us at the cellular level and destroying our own innate immunity.
Let's fix that.
Get the best water you have access to and add some lemon, a pinch of Celtic sea salt and a dash of cayenne pepper. If you want to get fancy you can add a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar or even put it in a Vitalizer to structure it.

Today is about fasting. That is not eating anything except drinking water.

But if you can go without them you'll be healthier for it.

Hi guys! We're so excited to be creating these monthly health challenges for all of you (and for us) so we can all get healthy together as a group....and win prizes as well!!
