Luke Storey joins us today to talk about all manner of topics. Be warned that this podcast has relatively little to do with health, although we do talk about some strategies we both do to improve our health.

We talked about his journey through alcoholism as well as biohacking his way to creating a life free of addiction, alcohol and more. Addictions still about for us all though, there’s really no way around it. Just try not checking a cell phone for a day or try sleeping without a pillow. We’re all addicted to things.

The question is does the addiction hinder your health or growth in any way? Does your addiction have a positive or negative impact on your life and relationships?

Only you can answer that.

We talked about how he completely transformed his life and now his career. What happens when a person finds a brand new passion and no longer feels that same passion for his previous career?

Also be warned we talked about conspiracy theories like the Mandela Effect, 911, the moon landings and more.

After that we talked about politics (I never know where the conversation is going to go!) and voting.

Then near the end we talked about the work he’s going through his awesome podcast. Make sure to listen to the show he did with David Wolfe. It was awesome! So was his interview with Rich Roll that was great as well! Definitely check him out. Luke is doing some awesome things!

Personally I feel health impacts every area of life. Without health there is no politics, people who care about the environment or anything for that matter.
