Here on #EHR430 (you can comment on social media using that hashtag) we talked about lots of interesting subjects. I know I’ve said this multiple times but on our FFAF shows we like to vamp and talk about all manner of subjects.
We keep the show centered around health but we also explore topics such as personal development (aka personal growth), spirituality, religion, conspiracy theories (like why many holistic doctors are being killed), books we’re reading (which are typically related to aforementioned topics), the latest news in the alternative and natural health world. We take listener questions, share interesting articles relating to health and also share stories about our own lives and health journey.
Also we recap and share our own personal thoughts about the most recent guests we have on.
Free for all Friday shows are a way to come together as a community and share what’s working, what’s not and how we can gather and share ideas to help encourage all of us on our way.
As we’ve said before, although I have been into alternative health since 2003 and Kate for many years as well, we are not experts and don’t have all the answers. We do our best to point people in the right directions.
We do walk the walk and live the lifestyle to the best of our abilities that is most certain. We have talked privately and publicly with hundreds of natural health doctors so we can help give some perspective or insight into what may be going on in your life.
At the very least we can help point you in what could be the right direction.
This show was recorded right before Kate went on her own vision quest up north to be in nature and feel the presence of the Divine.
She was running late and literally running out the door before we recorded this show for you all. I wanted to make sure we had something for you to enjoy and listen to.

Hi there and thanks for your concern. I was told 5 years ago that I have breast cancer but the second opinion I got said it wasn’t so. Nonetheless, since then I have developed a large lump on my left breast. There is no pain so I just think it could be from the marker they left inside my breast in case I would have the surgery. Im afraid sometimes and I can’t talk to anyone about it because they don’t understand why I will not have the surgery. So. I just try to help myself and pray. I listened to ypur show and learned about the bio mat and sauna. I confused as to which on would benefit me more. My husband has diabetes and is currently receiving dylasis 3 times per week. I would like to help him also. Any advice you can give would be appreciated. My oldest sister died from colon cancer and I refuse to be a guinea pig. It’s encouraging to listen to your show and to hear your story. Thanks again
