Well another week is in the books as they say?
Is it me or does time seem to be flying by at superhuman rates? There’s something about being your 30’s during this time of the “digital revolution” that seems to speed time up at least conceivably.
I can’t even believe we’ve done 323 shows so far. It’s mind blowing and we’re so humbled that you are here with us along for the journey.
In this FFAF show we talked about many different topics and had loads of people in the chat room when the show was going on.
We talked about the importance of having a birth that is safe and honors the baby. So many times we see women rushed off to have C-sections with no regard to how that affects the overall health of their child.
We shared the story of a local doctor here who rushed a women off to C-section because he had a vacation to hurry up and get to.
Sickening right?
We talked a lot about why it’s so important to fill your mind and psyche with positive information that motivates and inspires you to live your best life. Equally important is to turn off any negative programming from the media, television, family or friends. If we want to be able to create what it is we’re supposed to create in this world, we must tune out everybody and every thing that doesn’t believe in us and then fill our minds with successful positive people and information.
This is critical guys. No use in doing coffee enemas, going into the sauna, jumping up and down on a rebounder or embarking on a life changing green juice program, if we’re constantly thinking negative thoughts. We must do physical, emotional, and spiritual work to overcome these obstacles in our lives.
We also talked about how important it is to speak your truth to people. Now trust me this is a lesson Kate and I are learning as we speak as well. But if we stuff our thoughts, opinions and emotions and never let them out then there’s a chance they could come back to haunt us later in life in the form of a disease process.
Don’t let that happen.
But don’t be a jerk about it also. Realize how much of your opinions and thoughts are just your ego and let go of them. Once you let go of them if you realize there’s still truth there then share that. But just don’t be offensive and aggressive about your opinions.
As you can see there’s a balance there where you want to make sure you’re not stuffing your emotions and thoughts about things and you also want to give each person what they can handle. Life is beautiful isn’t it?
