About 5 years ago I had an injury in the gym while doing bent over rows. I’ve told this story before but I was in the wrong position and I knew it but I kept going anyway.

Bad decision.

Instead of doing 10 reps I thought I’d do just 5. On the 4th I knew I should have stopped, instead I pushed through and forced one more rep.

That’s when it happened. I felt a major separation in my low back and then a sense of warmth and then I felt it getting tight and seizing up on me.

I came to find out much later through some testing that I had a 7mm herniated disc.

Inventor of the Fisher Traction Device

The Fisher Traction device was designed by Dr. Jeff Fisher, a practicing chiropractor with over 30 years of experience. Dr Fisher invented the Neck device after suffering from an acute spine related sports injury. After not being able to sleep for days due to the pain, he hand crafted the very first prototype of what is now one of the safest, strongest, and most effective neck traction devices on the market.
