As I’ve been getting older it seems like more and more people in my life are being affected by some kind of disease. Cancers of all types are common, heart attacks are also common (my mom was diagnosed with non hodgkin’s lymphoma in 1995 and I was diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in 1991) but also I’ve been hearing about people with asthma, diabetes and all sorts of chronic degenerative diseases. Degenerative….this means our DNA, our genes are literally falling apart.

On one hand it could be the fact that we’re so connected these days by things like cell phones, Facebook and social media and on the other hand it could be simply getting older. With that said, it doesn’t have to be this way. Often I’m around people who react to the news of a friend being diagnosed with something and they’re left shocked and wondering why. They blame God or they blame the government. The list of who they blame is always different and always changes.

The person missing from that list is the person diagnosed.

The latest statistics is 1 out of 2 men will be diagnosed with cancer and 1 out of 3 women. Heart disease and cancer are the two diseases that own the table in terms of death rates.

Cancer is 100% preventable and also curable without using toxic substances like chemotherapy, radiation or surgery. Just visit our cancer shows to learn more about that.

I’ve learned from Dr. Robert O Young that cancer is something we “do” not something we “catch.” This applies to just about all chronic degenerative diseases. The odds are that as you’re reading this and I’m typing this, either you or I will someday be diagnosed with cancer. What are you doing about it? Are you actively working on eliminating toxins from your life? Are you eating a diet low in processed sugar? Are you happy? Are you exercising on a regular basis? Are you cleansing and detoxifying your body on a regular basis?

If you’re not doing these things than the relation of your life to disease is like Russian Roulette and it’s only a matter of time until the percentages are no longer in your favor.

The average person in our society today is eating fast food 4 or 5 times a week. They’re sitting in office chairs in front of their computer for 40 to 50 hours per week. They’re over weight. They don’t exercise. They don’t sleep well. They’re depressed and most likely on some form of medication and they eat a horrible diet. They get diagnosed with some nasty disease and wonder why….

Don’t be the average person. Do something about it now.

I still feel like a complete newbie when it comes to doing these shows. I have zero background in radio and no experience at all with asking questions. I feel like I stumble on my words a lot and can’t get questions delivered in a smooth way. But hey, we all have our things to work on right? I figure I’ll get better over time. 🙂

Dr. Bruce Shelton

Dr. Shelton was an amazing guest. I had so much fun speaking with him. We didn’t even get into some of the other treatment services that they offer at their clinic. I for one am a big fan of homeopathy and would love to go visit his clinic in Arizona. We live in Southern California so it wouldn’t be that far of a drive. Perhaps we could go hike the Grand Canyon again and stop by and visit him.

The subject of ormus is quite an interesting one to say the least. I like the way he described ormus. He said it has 3 legs and two of the legs are in our physical reality and one leg is in our non physical reality. He talked about how he uses ormus to grow huge plants and fruits. Ormus forms of minerals are a very powerful thing. I would like to learn how to make it myself so I don’t have to buy it.

Recently I used some ormus gold from Longevity Warehouse. I dodn’t notice much of a difference but I imagine with these types of substances the longer you take them the more cumulative the affects are.
