These organ health protocol pages are essentially a collection of notes I’ve taken by listening and attending lectures on health. Along with reading lots of books I’ve also listened to about 1 to 2 hours of health lectures per day since 2003.
One day I decided to get a digital voice recorder so when I hear something I want to remember, I’ll stop my iPod and speak into my digital voice recorder. Then a week or a month later I’ll jot down all my notes somewhere. This is that new “somewhere.”
I’m not saying that all of these will work for your condition or that I’ve even tried them. But think of this list like taking notes in your high school science class.
As time goes on, and I need to offload more and more notes I take on a daily basis, I’ll be adding to this list with regularity.
