A friend of mine recently was encouraging me to start writing more often, he suggested I write every day. Since this blog isn’t yet full time for me I don’t think I have the time for that.

The plan is to do 3 interviews per week on the podcast with the intention to get that up to 5 days a week when I can focus all my energy on this site. Currently I have 1 freelance client and a side business that consumes the rest of my time. So what I figure I’ll do is write on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

How do ya like them apples?

Instead of writing long lengthy posts like I was doing before the radio show I’ll be writing shorter posts on every day stuff like, what I’ve been eating, supplements I’m experimenting with, protocols I’m doing, what I’m learning or reading.

I know that when I listen to radio shows I like to connect with the host. Since my shows are only an hour long that might be a little difficult for me as I want to get the interview started to get as much valuable content in them as possible.

Perhaps in the future we can start having a recap show once a week where we can answer emails, take live calls and discuss all that we’ve learned from the guests on our show that week.

Until then I’m going to be adding short blog posts on Tuesday’s and Thursday that might shed a little more light on what I’m up to and what I’m learning in the world of health, nutrition and life in general.

As the site and shows grow and I’m able to do this full time, I’ll be your “canary in the coal mine” so to speak. I’ll be experimenting with lots of different products, modalities and more. I’ll plan on reporting back whether products work or not or if certain protocols are worth your time and money.
