In any event if you follow our work and listen to the show you know how important it is to ingest probiotic rich food on a DAILY basis. The health of our bacteria is not only our immune system but it directly correlates with our own health as well.
We regularly make sauerkraut using our Fermenting Crock which is called a wild fermentation because we don’t use any probiotic supplements to get it going. We simply use salt and that’s it.

I don’t think we’re going to start with all the Orgono Living Silica and other extracts. Perhaps we’ll add that in later but the blended frozen strawberries makes it look sweet and tangy all at the same time.
The power of fermented foods to change your intestinal flora and bacterial symbiosis is pretty life changing. What people don’t realize is that the gut flora are responsible for what’s called biological transmutation of our food into information. We eat and drink information.
Sounds strange right?
It’s not as if some mineral in our food or some vitamin comes into our mouth, and into our stomachs and eventually into our intestines and then magically goes to a part of the body that needs it. This information that’s in the food gets put into a form through the biology of bacteria that first eat and digest that food for you.
Then they produce the necessary information that our bodies can then use to pass through the villi of the colon and into our bloodstream where the cells of our body can then use it.
It’s so complex that I don’t even know if there’s any human on earth that fully understands what’s really going on when we eat. Heck we can’t even figure out what the hell happens to use when we sleep.
The most simple biological functions of our bodies are still unknown to modern science.
All I know is that our bodies contain more bacteria and “other cells” than our own cells. Our relationship to bacteria is so critical for our health that we must start to take steps each day to replenish bacteria at every level.
You see we lose bacteria when we defecate, when we get stressed, when we eat foods containing hormones and antibiotics, when we drink water with fluoride in it, when we get exposed to chemicals and toxins at our work and in our homes.
We’re losing this life giving bacteria every single day. So if we want to live a healthy disease free life with energy to contribute to the world, we must replenish bacteria in our intestinal tracts.
Don’t simply buy probiotics and take them supplements. Feed each capsule to some sugars and you can get more bang for your buck. You can increase the amount of bacteria by 10 fold.
Think of it like Jesus and the story where he multiplied the loaves of fish to feed the 5,000 people who were hungry and had no food. You’re doing the same thing. You’re taking the bacteria living in the capsule and multiplying it by 10 fold.
