So I’m expirimenting with some new ideas for the show! So many people who join our Extreme Health Academy do so becasue they’re looking for answers to their health problems.
My intention is to do more of these types of shows over time offering solutions for what I would do (can’t give medical advice or even tell you what to do) with certain health challenges.
Today we talked about high cholesterol and statin drugs.
