Read the article on the benefits of rebounding for more information on that. NASA did studies where they were able to rebuild bone density of astronauts who came back from being in space for 14 days. The other way to build bone density is lifting heavy weights at the gym. I know we don't like to do that but it helps tremendously and fits well into an overall approach for preventing osteoporosis and healing bone density issues naturally. If getting low bone density is something that is on your mind or if you already have it, I highly suggest you go get your bone density checked, then start a program like the one mentioned in this article and then get another checkup from your doctor in a year to see the results.
