Any foods that cause inflamation in the blood stream. This includes any foods you are allergic to (get an allergy test!). Also any time blood sugar is raised there is inflammation. This causes microscopic scarring or tearing inside the walls of the arteries near the heart. When there is scarring, the body primarily uses cholesterol to help repair the arterial walls. Eventually they clog up and get fully blocked causing heart attacks.
