Dr. Bradley Nelson – The Emotion Code: How Emotions & Energy Play A Huge Role In Our Healing

We talked about how everything if you boil it down is in fact energy. Electrons spinning around the nucleus of atoms and if you get down to quantum mechanics there are photon particles and quarks that are vibrating and super high levels.

So if we are energy at the most basic level of atoms, cells and electrons then it stands to reason this energy is somehow extrapolated into our much larger physical reality.

I believe this is the actual root of healing from any kind of disease. He describes these energy blockages that get lodged in certain parts of the body and can actually change or alter the shape and therefore function of whatever organ or gland it happens to reside in.

Can you imagine that? This stuck emotion and energy is literally impeding the function and health of key organs of the body. What causes these energetic blockages of energy in the body?

Stress, emotional trauma, negative thinking, depression, turmoil and a whole host of other things as well like injuries and scars. A scar corresponds to key meridian pathways of the body and blocks the flow of energy as well. By mudpacking these scar traumas to the body, people have seen amazing results in their health and even healing from all kinds of sickness and disease.

The cool thing about Dr. Bradley Nelson’s work is that it can be done on animals and even for issues that are not necessarily tied to health. For example if you’re feeling suck in your relationships or find it hard to be successful in life you could have stored energy and trapped emotions that are holding you back from living the life you want.

In my opinion not tying yourself to your ego and having little attachments are going to go a long way to helping you heal from sickness and jump up to another level of health.

Energy medicine is where we’re headed. People like to focus on taking vitamins, minerals, supplements and superfoods or talk about different fitness approaches but in my opinion the direction we’re heading is emotional mastery and living a stress free life in order to experience abundant health.

If you’re only focusing on diet and nutrition but are also having negative though patterns or if you are attached to your ego you’re missing the main component to getting well again. Being stressed, negative, depressed or angry while drinking a green juice after a sauna session is not going to do much for your health.

It’s all about the emotions and energy and how we work with that to improve our health.
