Dr. Darin Ingles joined us on this show today to talk about his new book The Lyme Solution: A 5-Part Plan to Fight the Inflammatory Auto-Immune Response and Beat Lyme Disease.

Dr. Ingels actually had lyme disease and was able to overcome it naturally using the strategies and methods he outlines in his book. Lyme disease is a growing problem all over the world and in order to overcome lyme disease naturally you need to radically improve your immune system to help fight the infection.

What was interesting in this show with Dr. Ingels was that lyme disease isn’t spread ONLY by tick bites. Fleas and other insects can carry these spyrochetes that can cause havoc to your body.

There’s also an autoimmune component to lyme disease as well.
