Dr. Veronique Desaulniers joined us to talk about how she healed from breast cancer naturally.

She is the creator of these three amazing programs

Dr. Desaulniers is the author of Heal Breast Cancer Naturally: 7 Essential Steps to Beating Breast Cancer and the main force behind the website Breast Cancer Conqueror.

The go to treatment for cancers of all types are chemotherapy, radiation and surgery. Sometimes bone marrow transplants are used as well.

My mom had all 4 of those back in 1995 when she was diagnosed with non hodgkin’s lymphoma with less than a 10% chance of survival. It was ugly and I watched her go through hell.

This is what eventually got me doing the work I’m doing today which is to help people realize that we can heal (and prevent) all disease if we know what to look out for and make changes in our lives.

It’s easier said than done but incredibly powerful if you’re able to do it.

Why do women get breast cancer?

There are many reasons in my opinion. The first reason is spiritual. As Caroline Myss says we have “sacred contracts” that we choose before we come into this early plane. We choose the trials and obstacles to go through in life in order to learn, grow and expand.

The trick is to “preemptively” learn the lessons we came here to learn BEFORE we need to get beat on the head with an illness or disease of some kind. This is where spiritual growth comes in.

We also talked about Dr. Veronique Desaulniers’s journey from breast cancer to healing and why she chose natural and alternative cancer treatments for the breast cancer itself.

Being diagnosed with breast cancer is a big deal and can be very fearful. It’s really important to live a lifestyle that prevents that from happening.

Some tips if you want to prevent breast cancer

1. Avoid putting your cell phone anywhere near your boobs
2. Get daily sunshine on your breasts (preferably 1st morning sunlight)
3. Breast feed if you can
4. Avoid wearing bras as much as possible
5. Rebound every day
6. Eat very little sugar
7. Make sure to reconnect with your father or resolve any traumas with men in your life
8. Eat plenty of healthy fats
9. Ground yourself to the earth every day
10 Practice love, acceptance and forgiveness
11. Learn to lower stress and “let go”
12. Eat your greens and mushrooms!
