Building a healthy lifestyle is easy. It just takes small disciplines practiced each day. It only take 20 to 30 days to build a habit. And once you build a health habit, it no longer becomes a discipline, it becomes something you look forward to.
You start making sure you do the health lifestyle habits first before other things that don’t impact your life as much.
One of the main objections to building healthy lifestyle habits is that it costs too much. People don’t want to buy a juicer or don’t have the money to buy a sauna or rebounder.
I get it. These things cost money.
These 14 healthy lifestyle habits mostly don’t have anything to do with eating or even spending money. The very last one does cost under $10 on Amazon so anybody should be able to afford that.
I also shared in this healthy lifestyle podcast about my experiment with intermittent fasting. I’ve been doing intermittent fasting now for a few weeks and already notice results.
The way I do intermittent fasting is I stop eating at 6pm and then don’t start eating again until 10am. I’ll have water during the 16 hour intermittent fast but that’s it. I should be clear I do take my minerals before I go to bed bud that’s it.
If I happen to eat dinner at 7pm I will not eat until 11am the next day.
Then on Sunday’s I’ll fast all day. I’ve only been doing the Sunday fast for a few weeks so far and haven’t been able to get through a full day of fasting yet. Ha! I’ll start my fast on Saturday night at 6pm and my goal is to make it to Monday morning at 10am. The total fast time would be 40 hours.
I think to date I’ve only made it to 4pm for a total of 22 hours. Not bad. I’m not judging myself, just working on retraining my body each week to go without food.
I have no desire to do a 40 day water fast like Steve Pavlina did but I cannot tell you how much I admire him for his ability to accomplish a 40 day water fast!

Hi I am listening to your show on the biomat with Dr. Sircus. my brother has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer with mets to the liver and he is using the biomat. I think he loves it for the comfort and he is cold a lot so it makes him warm. However I listened to a podcast by Dr. Libby Darnell on live to 110 and she and others say that the biomat is putting dirty electricity into your body and that you are making yourself like a conductor of dirty electricity. I am worried now but I know he is not giving it up and I can’t tell him what to do. I shared the info about the biomat being a conductor of dirty electricity. My brother does not want to give it up and he says you have to choose your battles. Do you know anything about this dirty electricity or have you done a show on it. The way our electrical grid is in the U.S. means that everyone has dirty electricity in their homes and offices unless they use protectors on the outlets. This problem with the biomat is only in the US and not in most European countries where their electrical grid is set up differently.
His wife bought a different sauna I wanted them to get the Relax Sauna but you know people are not always on the same page. Maybe eventually he will get the relax
He is also using the magnetico which I like and hope gets all the mercury out!
I just listened to program 165 with Dentist Dr Larry Lytle talking about the QLaser and thought maybe it would help with my immune system since I was told that I had liver cancer a year ago. Do you think he was a scammer or since the QLaser worked the elite establishment decided to destroy him? I always wonder about all these products (especially dealing with light therapy, not the Bio-Mat or relax sauna) that are on the market claiming this or that, that probably cost $200 to $300 to make at the most, would cost thousands of dollars, comparing them to the technology expense of say a color big screen TV? In other words, all those people who say they “love” people and want to help them, they charge outrageous amount of money for something that cost very little to make. Some book that I read somewhere said, “the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil”. What do you say about this and Dr Lytle?
