Dr. Doug Graham stopped by for a very lively visit. He was calling in from England at the time and was kind enough to spend an hour of his day educating us on diet, disease and healthy living.

He’s a very controversial figure in the world of health and that’s why we love him!

The goal of this site is to present all sides of health and other subjects too. So if you eat animal food and are close minded to the 80/10/10 diet or raw veganism, please listen to this show. Everybody offers valuable and much needed insight into our own health journey.

I like to talk with people who eat raw meat, cooked meat, authors, doctors, raw vegans, paleo and primal diet advocates and everything in between in order to put together some sort of story as to how we should be eating.

As I learn more and more, I’m thoroughly more confused every single day!
