Jonathan Pantalis from Phi Kind Chocolate joined us in studio for an impromtude show! We have made friends on Instagram a while back and he even sent us some of his chocolates.
He has been listening to our show for a while now and he told us he was going to be coming down our way so we decided to do an interview with him.
I love chocolate so much but not all of it agrees with me. For some reason I think I’ve nailed it down to the cacao butter which is the white fat of the cacao bean or nib.
Come to find out PhiKind has much lower amounts of cacao butter in their raw chocolates. Maybe that’s why I digest them so well and so easily.
I also love the fact that they’re raw, organic and sugar free. Combine that with easily digestible and you have a guilt free sweet snack/desert!
We spoke with Jonathan about how he started his raw chocolate business and his own story of health and healing.
