Atom Bergstrom joined us today to talk about all kinds of very interesting topics.
We find Atom to be one of the most interesting people we interview. He’s fascinating to say the least.
We hope you get as much enjoyment from listening to him as we do speaking with him. Kate and I often wonder where he downloads all this information from. Is he getting it from some other dimension or parallel universe?
Believe me, you won’t find what he has to talk about in any book anywhere. Well you might find it in old books that haven’t made it to the internet yet.
Have you heard of dextrinizing your food to improve vitamin and mineral absorption along with digestion? From what I was gathering from Atom is that if you dextrinize your food at eat it at the right time of day (he calls it chronobiotic nutrition, or solar eating) it helps your body digest your food much better.
Essentially all disease (and health) begins in the colon. Our ability to digest, absorb, assimilate and excrete the food we eat, determines to a large extent how healthy we are. It determines whether we’ll live for a long time with out any diseases.
For those that don’t know about chronobiotic nutrition I’ll briefly explain it here.
According to solar nutrition each organ has a particular time in which it cleanses, nourishes and processes toxins, vitamins and minerals. Also each food has a time of the day in which it should be consumed (like being ripe) depending on how high off the ground it is when the sunlight first strikes it. Apparently it has to do with angles and mathematics.
The foods that receive the first rays of the sun should be consumed at the beginning of the day. These tend to be the foods that are highest up off the ground so the sun beams reach them first. These would be foods like fruits and certain nuts.
Next you have mid day foods, these would be foods like meats from land roving animals, fruits, vegetables and nuts coming off of shrubs that aren’t as tall as other trees.
Then at the end of the day you have foods that are either sitting on the ground mostly or under the ground (or water) like root vegetables as in carrots, beats, eggs, fish etc.
Everything is timing and mathematics.
We also talked about template ceremonies, color recycling and how to clear past traumas with colors as well as the placebo affect, ayervedic diet/medicine and much more.
