Mark Lovendale – How To Know If The Food You’re Eating Is Killing Your White Blood Cells & Shortening Your Life

mark-lovendale-bio-picMark Lovendale was a rather fascinating guest to have on the show. He is the author of Quality Longevity. I found out about his work through my mom who has a mutual friend of Marks and it was a blessing to have him on the show.

He talked about lots of interesting topics such as food allergies, white blood cells, muscle testing and how to determine if the food you’re eating is killing your white blood cells.

White blood cells among other things are responsible for killing pathogens, viruses, fungus, mold, toxins, chemicals, poisons, parasites, worms and infections. If you have no white blood cells you have no immune system.

Isn’t that an amazing concept? White blood cells are created in the bone marrow and to a lesser degree in the gut. It wasn’t until the 1950’s that we first learned that the food we eat can actually kill white blood cells in the body.

The more white blood cells we kill the less we have the ability to fight off illness and disease. It’s amazing to think that the food we eat actually can kill the very thing that is there to support our lives and keep us alive.

So the trick is to find out which foods we’re eating that are destroying our white blood cells. For each person it’s different. Typically the foods that people are “allergic” to are also the same ones that destroy white blood cells. The common food intolerances are

  • Corn
  • Wheat
  • Dairy
  • Soy
  • Sugar

And then there are many other foods that you could be sensitive to that can cause you major problems. It’s possible to have a delayed food reaction as well can happen a few days after consuming a particular food.

For example it’s possible to eat some pasta or bread containing wheat and feel fine right after eating it. Then 3 or 4 days later as that food moves through your digestive system can cause bloating, raised pulse, decreased circulation and damage the intestinal villi of your gut.

As a result of eating this pasta you could have destroyed thousands of white blood cells in the process and not ever be able to pin down what food is causing the problem.

Can you imagine how frustrating this could be for people? Perhaps you are having this exact situation with your gut and your digestion. You could be consuming foods that are very harmful to you but you don’t even know it.

Also what makes it more difficult to figure out is the fact that many of us might consume 30 or 40 different ingredients in one meal alone. You could be allergic to MSG, aspartame, food coloring or artificial flavors.

There’s lots to look at here and I’d highly recommend checking out The Prime Blood test that Mark Lovendale has developed and you might be able to finally get some answers to your food sensitivities.

We hope you enjoyed our interview with Mark as much as we did and if you did would you consider clicking “like” and “share” on this page to let your friends and family know about the work he is doing?

Kate and I would greatly appreciate that! 🙂

Guest Info:

Lovendale brought together a unique combination of discoveries which reveals the underlying causes of many symptoms. He developed the Quality Longevity® Program to enable people to become free of health problems while adding enjoyable years to their lives. An added benefit is the dramatic reduction in health-care costs.

While conducting traditional medical research, Lovendale became aware that most drugs, surgeries, psychiatric therapies and allergy treatments did not work well and often made people worse. He observed that traditional medicine tries to treat symptoms rather than discover and remove the causes of the problems.

In 1978, after years of researching the underlying causes of common health problems, Lovendale began doing counseling and giving health seminars which explain the latest scientific discoveries. These courses are expanding the awareness of delayed food and chemical allergies and the optimum levels of fat, protein and carbohydrate in the diet.

Lovendale developed a blood test, known as the Prime Test® for detecting delayed allergies. This test reveals the underlying cause of a broad range of ailments. He presented this and other new developments in preventive health care on the Today Show and several talk shows.

After trying other tests, many doctors are using the Prime Test® to help solve their patients’ health problems.

By using the information in Quality Longevity, you will be able to make major improvements in your health, reduce your health care costs and help others. If you want the name of a doctor using the Quality Longevity® Program, call 949-661-4001.
