2014 Preview, Healing Scars With Mudpacks To Release Blocked Energy, Listener Questions & More!

Since Kate and I are leaving for 2 weeks beginning tomorrow we wanted to put together this special extended addition podcast before we left. We are eagerly looking forward (even though we do our best to live in the “now” since there is no future. 😉 to going on this trip but also equally saddened by the fact that we can’t produce more shows for you during this time.

Somethings you need to step away and recharge your batteries. The past two and a half weeks were great for me in order to step away from the show for a little while in order to overcome my bout with the whooping cough. But since all my energy was focused on implementing natural healing methods (I’ll write a detailed article detailing exactly what I did to reduce the whooping cough from 3 months to about two weeks) I didn’t get a chance to actually recharge my batteries. I was simply trying to get back to a level zero.

Kate and I are going on a natural healing retreat that’s going to have things like massage, acupuncture, colonics, fresh vegetable juices, smoothies, yoga, meditation, high dose IV vitamin therapy, an ozonated pool, steam rooms, Body Alignment- 12 Meridians Therapy, mind body sessions, colon hydrotherapy, Anti-aging body wraps and massages, Chiropractic adjustments, FAR Infrared sauna therapies, cupping, Live Cells intramuscular injections, full body detoxification and much more.

It’s going to be deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Kate and I are extremely excited.
