Feel Good Project day 11

I awoke today thinking about how sad I was that I had given up my whey protein powder. I prayed for a sign that my body was happier with the whey cut out from my diet, and what I ended up hearing was the word ‘abundance’ come up.

HELLO???

Did you not just hear me? I was here to ask for confirmation about dietary steps in the right direction, and you are redirecting me to thinking about abundance?

Uh, okay. Sure. I am ALL about the flow these days. It’s proved again and again to work out better for me, so I will go with that.

There is a card that I use as a bookmark that I happened up first thing this morning that stated,

“Abundance is coming your way. You will receive the money that you need, and God is in charge of how that will happen. Have faith.”

As if that wasn’t fortuitous enough, would you believe what came my way on facebook right after that? A friend had written this morning about a book she was reading of daily devotionals called Streams In The Desert, which are daily biblical devotions.

It stated,

“Hosea 14:7 People will reside in his shade, they will plant and harvest grain in abundance. They will blossom like a vine, and his future will be like the wine from Lebanon.”

Wow! Abundance was tracking me!

It is a word everyone seems to talk about it and throw around so freely that I decided to really take a moment to step back and sit with it for awhile. Just what IS abundance anyway? The very word just makes me FEEL good, and feeling good is what this project is all about. How can I experience this and attract it into my life?

This is the dictionary definition: an extremely plentiful or over sufficient quantity or supply.

I spent my morning walk with Maggie in prayer, talking to God about this abundance issue, mostly telling him I was obviously open to whatever kind of abundance this may mean-whether it be wealth, health or happiness.

ALL of the above sound good to me.

Even though I sit in the midst of struggles in my life at this particular stage and season, I still am keeping the faith that only good changes are coming my way, I just need to keep learning to get out my the way.

God has only GOOD things for me.

The strange part of it is, is that in the past I would be stressed over this waiting period where there seems to be quiet on God’s end very often. I believe the orchid essences I have been taken thee times a day are HUGELY Helping me remain in a peaceful and calmed state through this all, which is quite amazing in itself.

It’s nothing short of magical in my opinion.

FEEL GOOD MOMENT OF THE DAY: Affirmation came my way about the whey powder! I had read a list quite some time ago (few months back probably) of the foods that were high thiol foods, which have been causing me some digestive problems lately it seems. I completely had forgotten that whey was on it, and Justin found the same site and mentioned it to me, thus confirming that my body really DOES know what it wants and does not want when I just listen to it!!! I feel like I am on the right track. 🙂
