We want to stress that we don’t have all the answers. We’re not gurus or have any inside knowledge as far as health goes. We’re just two people who are passionate about feeling better every single day. We want to be more positive, have more insight, get more motivated, help more people and increase our energy every single day.

Yes we’ve been into this in an intense way since 2003 and have studied and practiced lots of health strategies but that’s where it ends. We’re just trying to see what works for us and perhaps share that with you guys to help you along your health journey.

We talked quite a bit about the practice of Qigong and long with the 5 Tibetan Rites exercises for creating energy in the body.

We also talked about how much we love our FAR Infrared Sauna and how we use it just about every single day. Kate shared a story about a client of hers who is having her gall bladder removed because she’s been having gallstones in her liver area and the doctors say the only remedy is to have her gallbladder removed.

Isn’t that crazy? I’d like to see how much money that doctor is going to make from her gallbladder surgery.

Kate tried to share some information with her but it didn’t go over too well. You’ll have to listen to this podcast to find out what happened.

That’s one thing we’re constantly learning, we can’t change the world, we can only change ourselves. People are going to do what they want to do as a result of whatever programming and fear they’re currently living with.

We can’t help them (even though we want to because they might be members of our family) even when they want to get crazy surgical procedures done like removing organs because some doctor says that’s their only option.

Well that’s simply not true.

We’re here to create options and possibility in people’s lives. That’s what we’re all about here at Extreme Health Radio.

We also talked about the work of energetic medicine healer Chris Kehler and how his work has helped Kate with certain health related issues.
