CPS Owns Your Child

It’s interesting how we have lost our rights and don’t even know it. I know this article might “seem” as if it’s not about the topic of health. But in time we’re going to be expanding the topics that get covered here at Extreme Health Radio.

Personally I take a broader view of health. Health can mean many different things. You can have emotional health, spiritual health, financial health. The word health just describes a state of being. A state of being can be applied to any particular subject matter.

So even though this article is going to be about freedom and personal rights issues, that still cycles back to health in one form or another.

Consider these questions…

• Do we have the right to grow our own food?
• Can we be forced into a contract by the federal government as in the case of obama care?
• Can we have a baby without having them vaccinated?
• Are these “health” issues or “rights” issues?

You can start to see that government and politics play some role in our own personal health freedoms.

This is a story about how CPS (child “protective” services) took away a child who was having a heart condition. The first doctor recommended an invasive procedure and so the mother took her child to another doctor to get a 2nd opinion. I can’t remember if the mother took her child from the hospital before he was officially released.

Then as fate would have it, the police and CPS showed up at her house and took her child from her.

It’s really quiet a sad story especially because after the took the child they gave him forced vaccinations (which the mother never wanted). It’s really gut wrenching the lack of medical freedom we have here in the United States of America (which by the way is different than The United States – but that’s topic for another article).

Here’s where my take on this takes a bit of a turn. You might not know where I’m going here but just hang with me.

The whole reason this can happen is because we don’t understand who we really are. As a result of not knowing who we are, we give birth in hospitals without being prepared. When we do this we sign paperwork for a birth certificate.

Bam. Right there is the crux of the entire story.

When that mom signed those papers, it was at that point that she gave up the right to her children. The child becomes owned by the state. The state entrusts her parents with taking care of the child until they see the parent doing something they don’t agree with.

It’s at that point that CPS can literally step in and physically take your own child away from you. It’s because the child belongs to the state as we all do if we have a birth certificate.

End of story.

So when I see in the video people upset saying, “what right does CPS have to come into my home and take my child from me” I just shake my head because they just don’t understand.

You gave them the right when you signed that paperwork and gave over legal (now lawful) jurisdiction of your children. When that birth certificate gets create a trust is formed consisting of 2 (I really think 3) entities. The corporate fiction (some people call it the straw man) version of you which is your name in all CAPS and the real you. Ever wonder why on all government documents your name is in all CAPS?

This is why.

The government itself is in fact a corporation. All governments around the world work in this way. And as corporations themselves they can only legally deal with other corporations. This is why they created a legal corporate trust out of each one of us. This trust really has what’s called divided title or split title.

The straw man (ALL CAPS YOU) is responsible for what that trust does. This is why they can hold your body as collateral if you commit a crime. It’s really a fascinating study of how our government works.

They work under contract.

Suffice it to say, this is the type of country we live in. We sign away our children and cry foul when the government actually exercises its power to take them from us.

That’s not to say I agree with what they did. I think it’s nothing short of frightening and disagree with it on every level.

But in order for us to truly understand what’s going on, we first have to get educated about who we are and what our relationship with the State actually is.

I suspect the average person has no idea about how the government uses contract against us and who we really are.
