4 Ways To Drink Healthier Juice From Fruits & Vegetables

Are you interested in taking things to another level?

Personally I’m always into enhancing whatever I’m doing as much as I can. If I’m walking to the gym I’ll listen to things like Hay House or other educational material on my iPod.

If I’m rebounding I’m oil pulling at the same time. Some people rebound while taking oxygen or ozone for more enhancement.

If I’m meditating I’m using crystals and the energy ring to enhance my practice. If I’m sleeping I’m sleeping with crystals or a sleeping mask or anything else to make the sleeping better.

I don’t know what it is, if I’m spending time doing something, it might as well be as enhanced as it could possibly be. Why waste time doing things half as good when you could get triple the benefit in the same amount of time?

Makes perfect sense to me 😉

Anyway the other day I was thinking about how to make the ultimate green juice. What would that look like? I came up with 4 ideas that can really take your green juicing to another level.

I must warn you that for many people these tips aren’t practical because they involve growing your own foo and they involve a very costly juicer.

But if you have the funds and the time, why not think about what’s possible?

Make Sure Your Produce Is Fresh Picked

We know that a huge percentage of vital nutrients, enzymes, minerals and vitamins simply don’t exist in food that has been picked 3 weeks ago and left to ripen in a warehouse somewhere.

Fruits should ripen on the vine and nature tells you when they’re ready to eat, when they fall to the ground. If you’re picking fruit it might not be fully ripe yet.

The other side of this equation is that if you do indeed pick it prematurely, juice it right away. As soon as the food gets removed from the vine or stalk, it starts losing nutrients. It’s no longer connected to its mother.

The most ideal way would be to juice the fruits right after you pick them in order to get maximum benefit.

Organic Produce Only

This is a no brainer. I want to point out that juice is a concentrated food. The concentration goes both ways though. Yes your’re getting more minerals and vitamins (I mean who could eat a head of lettuce, 4 carrots and 5 stalks of celery and 1 cucumber in one sitting?), but you’re also highly concentrating chemicals and poisons.

Your’e concentrating them by simply ingesting more of them in one sitting, but also by removing the fiber you’re removing anything that might buffer their exposure to your blood stream.

So make sure all the produce you juice is 100% organic. On top of what I just mentioned about concentration, organic food seems to have more vitamins, minerals and enzymes than conventional fruits and vegetables. I suspect it’s because the farmers have to adopt more practices in order to protect their soils of the crops.

Grow Your Own Groceries

If you can learn how to grow your own groceries and turn your backyard into a food forest, you’ll be radically increasing your health.

Think about it, if you grow the food yourself, you can put tarps over them to protect them from cold and chemtrails. You can make sure the water you give them is filtered (yes organic farms can water their crops with municipal tap water that’s loaded with chemicals, inorganic calcium, and chlorine along with homeopathic residues of tampons, and pharmaceutical medications and even chemotherapy!) and the cleanest water possible.

On top of this you can also use things like rock dust and composting along with diluted ocean water to help remineralize the soils. We even talked with a guy who uses a special concoction called compost tea.

If a tomato can have 56 minerals and a store bought organic one has 20 minerals, why not grow it yourself and get all 56? If you do this with all the food you grow, you’ll be invincible!

Norwalk Juicer: The Ultimate Juicer

The last piece of this article is how you actually make your juice actually has an impact on how nutritious it really is. If I were juicing on a regular basis in order to overcome some kind of illness like cancer I would invest in a Norwalk Juicer. The last time I checked they were roughly $2,500 dollars.

I know right?

I mean that’s as much as a used car!

Why is a juicer so much money?

Good question but if you visit their website you can find out why. Essentially it’s a hydraulic press juicer which means that there is zero oxidation (oxidation causes friction and heat which destroys nutrients) which makes the juice fresher, more vibrant, and taste a lot better. It also lasts a lot longer than normal juicers and contains many more nutrients. That’s the whole point of juicing in the first place right in order to get more enzymes, vitamins and minerals into your diet.

The best way to get them in my opinion is from the Norwalk Juicer. There are other really incredible slow juicers that have a similar effect that I would HIGHLY recommend in case you don’t have an extra $2,500 burning a hole in your pocket. 😉
